Not a 4 star hotel.
Whilst the hotel was OK i wouldnt rate it as a 4 star it was mildly decapitated and the fixtures and fitting not brilliant, e.g. the towel rail fell of tbe wall when i hanging damp towels on it and the shower had grotty and mouldy sealant. It was comfortable enough and had a good location i wouldnt choose it again

Nice beach front
A welcome drink was nice,the stuff are all smiling and friendly, when I requested the late checkout the front stuff was kindly confirming the possibility, the hotel is located in the front of beach, the top floor poor is nice and cosy. The massage is offering at the 18th floor , beautiful view, perfect place to relaxing

Great service, priced right
Amazing location, great service, below average hotel condition. The bathroom and shower needs updating. The pool was nice but furniture and area around that could use some cleaning. Beware of rooms with ocean view as there are beach lounges that blast techno music until 1am every night. At the end of the day it was priced right and now we know why. Overall, we still had a great vacation as we enjoyed the location, the service from the staff and the breakfast buffet.

The location and staff were amazing! We face the beach so it was a beautiful view though it was loud coz of the music in front of us every night until 11pm. The conditions of the rooms and bathrooms were not great. They have a Vietnamese with western style mashed up design, that do not go well together. Water dripped over the tub and shower making the floors slippery and wet then we bring the wetness into the sleeping area. 😓 this could be great 4 star hotel if they renovate the bathrooms.

I finally rented the penthouse suite which was a very beautiful pair of rooms with an adjoining room in the middle. It had an excellent balcony view and a small dining table. The breakfast each morning was great and all of the restaurant staff were amazing along with the management.

I loved my room with a high up balcony facing the beach. However what I failed to realize when I booked is that you’re across the street from a beach nightclub and even on a Wednesday night they were playing pretty awful EDM music extremely loud until well after 1AM. The music very much enters the room, even from across the street and 11 floors up. This obviously impacted my ability to sleep. If I had known this was the situation I absolutely wouldn’t have booked here, and certainly wouldn’t have paid extra for the ocean view.
