Great hotel, very poor food and beverage.
Hotel is great and house keeping very good. The food and beverage is quite poor for the build of the hotel. The menu is tiny and not great. The drinks are quite poor. Also the staff are not attentive. Theres entire cafes with just no one in attendance at all. It is quite bizarre and they are clearly losing a decent share of money from this. If you went up to me when I was at the pool and asked if I wanted anything I would have, even from the limited menu. The cafe downstairs has never got any staff. If thats the case then just delete the cafe. It is far worse to have a bad, zero service cafe than it is to have a non existent one. Whoever is in charge of the F&B at the hotel really is doing an exemptionally poor job. The rest of the hotel is great. From the door staff to the housekeeping. But the F&B is actually a wonderful example of how not to do something.

Amazing hotel - real 5* level. The location is little bit far from the old town, but the transportation in Malaysia like Grab is cheap and convenient. Really nice rooftop bar and pool with the views of the city.

Luxurious accommodation with great facilities
Hotel felt like it was relatively new, staff were very attentive and easy to chat to. Amazing pool on the roof, and gym was well equipped. The hotel is in between two large malls with loads of eating options, and travelling in taxis was really cheap compared to UK.

The service at the reception was good. But the attitude from the cleaning staff was bad. One of the cleaning staff showed his anger while changing the bed sheets. After check in we discovered the bed sheets got stain. We requested to change the bed sheets. I had to made three times phone calls than the cleaning staff came to our room. While the cleaning staff changing the bed sheets, I saw blood stains on the mattress protector and the mattress! We felt so disgusted.
