Terrible customer service at this hotel. Do NOT stay at this hotel as the customer service is terrible. They will not help you in any of your requests. There are other hotels that provide much better customer service.

An oasis in the Atlas Mountains
Location - beautiful, tranquil with incredible 360 views of the Atlas Mountains. Only 45 minutes from central Marrakech. We would recommend this as a bolt on to any stay in Morocco. Hotel - the architecture and gardens are stunning, one of the most beautiful buildings we have come across; very peaceful. Room Facilities – the rooms are basic so to stay true to the ‘Berber’ style. There are no TVs but working WIFI which is perfectly in keeping with what the hotel has too offer; a perfect escape! The only thing missing for us within the rooms would be a dressing gown, slippers and a softer bed! Food – breakfast is a choice of cereals, along with warm selections of Moroccon pancakes or Eggs which was perfectly pleasant, but it would be nice to see something other than Eggs on offer. The hotel allows for a really relaxing, slow breakfast with plenty of tea / coffee on offer as well. Dinner needs to be taken each night at the hotel as there are no other restaurants around. A 3 course meal is 240 dh which is more expensive than what you would find in the Medina. However, the food was good quality and the menu varies each night. The staff are very accommodating if you want something slightly different to what is on the menu too. Staff – so lovely and make you feel at such ease.

Both the staff & facilities as Kasbah Angour were first class. The whole experience starts with a personal tour and insight to the Kasbah. Paul, Sharyn and the team were simply superb and couldn't do enough for you. A turkey peaceful and idyllic location. A return trip is a given...

A stunning haven
From the moment you step into the courtyard of Kasbah Angour you feel the tranquility surround you, the staff are so friendly and attentive without being overly so, but nothing is too much trouble, the pool is in a fantastic location so that you can swim and look at the mountains. the food is lovely, can not recommend enough

8/10 Very good

This is a lovely hotel with views of the snow capped Atlas Mountains. I went with my teenage daughter after spending 4 nights in Marrakech and it provided a dramatic contrast with the city. We stayed for three nights at Kasbah Angour at the end of April 2018 and we were very lucky with good weather. The hotel provided an efficient taxi transfer service. Paul, the owner, was very hospitable and he took a direct interest in our day trips and also tried to help with option for my daughter's vegetarian meals. We found the rooms to be very comfortable. Note that the hotel is isolated so if the weather is poor, there are limited activities in the hotel or the area. Our highlight was our half day walking trek with Abdul. We feel some improvements could be made by the hotel particularly by having more of a menu choice for vegetarians, as it was limited. Also, we felt that a hotel of this standard and pricing should have complimentary water each day in the room, particularly as the weather was hot and there are no shops around. I experience some problems finding any bar staff during the days while by the pool to order drinks during the day. The Wifi was intermittent which did not pose a particular problem for me personally but may cause some issues for others if they require the internet during their stay.

An okhotel in a nice location with amazing views , a very friendly owner although the service is lacking in some key areas. Having to look for a waiter every time you want to order a drink is not ideal. Overall its in a beautiful location, with immaculate gardens and a nice e pool. The service is OK once it arrives. A three star is probably fair.

Perfect location
Perfect location in a corner if the main square. Easy to find. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Nice decor. Our only drawback was that we were travelling with 2 other couples and had all paid for a junior suite but they were not all comparable. One was a lesser room. Still we were happy and comfortable.
