We only stayed one night, thank God 😅. The disappointment started on the street with so much dirt. At the reception I explained that it was our first time and we would like a room at the front please, but the receptionist didn't care and said: the highest floor was the 9th, but it would take a while because they were cleaning. But he put us on the 21st floor, at the back, super suffocating. To make matters worse, around 1 am we woke up suffocated by the smell of marijuana. It was unbearable 😣. The room window wouldn't open... In addition, the elevators took forever and are old and don't have sensors to recognize when they are already full, even if there is no vacancy, this stops on all floors 😡, we heard people complaining that even though the 40th floor is full, this stops on all floors. Definitely 👎 A bad choice among other wonderful hotels in Manhattan, God willing we will never stay here again, not even for free.
