An all round excellent hotel!
This is my first choice hotel, when I am in Birmingham on business! It is modern, the rooms are spacious and clean, and at an affordable price! The staff are friendly and cannot do enough for you. The restaurant and food is excellent! I would definitely recommend!

A warm and comfortable stay.
Overall a very comfortable stay. We stayed because my husband was having a procedure at the nearby hospital and i dropped him off early and came back to take advantage of the 10am check out so i could shower and pack before heading to the hospital myself. I did get asked by housekeeping to vacate my room at 9:40am which left me a little rushed and felt a bit like i had outstayed my welcome! The room is lovely and warm and comfortable and had good facilities - the only thing the bathroom might have benefited from is a shelf for guests to put their toiletries on. Room was well decorated and the bed was clean and comfy. Restaurant was nice and staff very attentive.

Good as wedding guests, reception could be warmer.
The front receptionist could have been more receptive to the fact i might need some help with holding all my belongings and luggage. Instead I felt ignored as soon as she gave me the room card. I had to request for a 2nd room card given there was the 2 of us staying, it could be more considered. It was also hard to secure an elecetric charging car park space during our stay, as the few on site were taken up throughout the whoke evening and night when we were there. Overall, the decor of the hotel was sleek and airy. Thw wedding venue was nice and we had a good time.

This is a lovely hotel, in an ideal location for visiting the University of Birmingham Received a warm welcome & all the staff were friendly & helpful. Well appointed room (upgraded to a suite) with high end facilities. Would definitely recommend.
