This is a great place to stay for families. We really enjoyed it and they have two big pools. They have laundry machines. Early entry to Universal and they shuttle service was great. They charge fro parking each night which was expensive. We really liked our stay.

If you get a room close to the elevator

Room was great except it was right outside the elevator lobby. It was very loud and at midnight the staff was moving housekeeping carts. I thought it might be loud during the day but not at night, so I did not go and change the room.
