Older building , toilets did not well. Was a maze to get around. Carry your luggage up 3 steps to get into the entrance. Good location to Victoria station, I would personally look for other premiere inns in London

This is a low end property with good location to central London. Unfortunately hotel pricing is high so …. If you don’t spend time at hotel… ok for few days

I booked this hotel for my nephew’s 20th birthday and his sister , It was a surprise to found out that the hotel needed a bunch of documents for my niece who is 17 as I sent them a mail telling if there is something they need to have they just had to contact me … but they didn’t. Anyways we solved that and they had all the papers they asked for ! but still we waisted time ,all this without their help as they didn’t even proposed WiFi to them to communicate with France … And an other thing, unfortunately as they had to take the train very early ( 5.00 am) on their last day so they asked if it would have been possible to have a kind of bakery basket and juices but the only answer was : no. Bad point when you think the breakfasts were already paid. In a couple of words: clean and well placed hotel but if you don’t need nothing just ask! Dommage …

The staffs in the hotel is very friendly. We chose this hotel because it is walkable from Victoria Coach Station as we arrived London on Christmas Day with limited public transport available. The only problem of this hotel is the water pressure of shower is weak.

Just a 5 minute walk from Victoria railway station so if you are a traveller its very convenient. You can catch the Gatwick Express to Gatwick airport 24 pounds or the 10 minute slower train which costs 11 pounds and you can use your Oyster card. The room and bed were comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. 5 starts from me..

2/10 Poor

Staff was really helpful but the room, the toilet were horrible. Wash basin sink was blocked and kettle was moldy. The whole place really needs a proper renovation.

Very Good I would come back tomorrow.

For the cereals they had some healthy choices.for the hot meals they had a vegetable choice. The room was small but comfortable.if you like house keeping on a daily basis you should ask about it. Also to charge devices for the people who are visiting for the first time for the whole U.K they have different power outlets than the U.S you need to have an adapter that is sold in WH Smith stores in Victoria Station or anywhere.

Not enough staff to take care of customer needs! No outlets in bathrooms and throughout room causing inconveniences!

6/10 Good

Shower had hand wand & raindrop shower spray. Nice size shower. Breakfast had a decent selection- fried eggs looked gross. Beds comfortable, pillows flat. In Premier Plus room & had a fridge with 2 bottles of water everyday. Asked for more pillows & front desk was annoyed- couldn’t get till next day. No wash cloths, had a hand towel & one bath towel for 2 people. I asked for more bath towels & again front desk thought towering room were enough. I told them one was wet after other person had shower- they finally agreed to give us 2 bath towels every day. Wall switches behind coffee maker were covered with dust as well as counter behind kettle & coffEe machine. Area was okay & close to a lot. Building needs repairs, I would not stay again unless improvements made. Travelled to South America, USA, Canada, Japan, Nepal, and this was worse hotels. It should have a rating of 6.5

We paid for breakfast for two of us for 2 days. The kitchen was closed for repairs and 2 months later still waiting for a refund.
