The property itself was nice. 2 bedrooms that included a master suite and bath, a second bedroom with guest bath. Good size living room and kitchen. The TVs in the bedrooms did not work and the one in the guest bedroom was unplugged and stashed away. There was an iron with no ironing board.
The property manager Nasir was polite and professional. There are issues however in passing the knowledge to the tenants. Examples, we expected room service in our 2 night stay, it never happened. Instead the house cleaning staff said we had to contact the property manager. He said that is not so and someone should have come. We had 3 kids with us and 2 needed diaper changes. Also, since we went to the pool several times we only had the shower towels.
Lastly there wasn't WIFI service unless I specifically contacted the property manager for it. As someone traveling from outside the country, WIFI is a premium.
Overall the room fit our needs, just use this post as a warning that you need to be on top of property management as they will not be helpful unless you ask questions and follow up each step of the way. You are not getting the Berjaya Times Square Hotel experience here, you're on your own.
