Very comfortable hotel at the heart of Luleå
I had a very comfortable stay at Savoy in Kiruna. Bed was exellent and room was clean and in good condition. Parking is conveniently accessible and reasonably priced. The hotel is located at the best possible location that you can think of. It is very close to bus and railroad stations and also close to walking street at the city center where all services and shops are located.

Amazing breakfast! Only thing that drags the score down is the fact that there weren’t any bathrobes accessible for the spa. I saw others use them but they weren’t in the spa nor on the room. How to get them? Perhaps put up a sign?

A great hotel I want to stay at again!
I like the atmosphere and that the whole hotel feels so fresh! Love the breakfast buffét which contains things that are rare for bufféts. But, since I think about the environment and choose to only have room cleaning one day during my stay. But this time I think that the bathroom cleaning was sloppy made and not thourough. Else everything was perfectly cleaned!

Good if you value the location more than the room.
The staff in the reception were kind and helpful, but unfortunately the room and breakfast brings down the overall experience. The room was showing a lot of wear and tear, broken tiles in the bathroom and big stains on the carpet, curtains and bed. The breakfast felt very dull, the scrambled egg tasted like it wasn't made out of proper eggs and the bread was very dry. Overall conclusion is that I will try a different hotel on my next visit in Luleå.

Ett rätt slitet hotell. Deluxe-rum kändes lite ofräscht med lgammal heltäcknkningsmatra och kuddarna i sängen var knöliga och jättehårda. Lukt och ljud från restaurangen kändes och hördes ända upp till plan 6. Personalen i baren verkadw outbildad och kunde inte svara på frågor om vin. Frukosten däremot var nyvket bra!

Jag tycker Savoy är ett trevligt hotell, där spa med bastu och Jaccuzzi ingår. Tyvärr så fungerar duscharna i SPAavdelningen inte så bra eller inte alls. Läget är bra, nära till det mesta!
