DIVE
Horrendous. Absolutely deplorable that Hotels.com continues to allow booking at this dungeon. Bugs everywhere, smoke detector tossed under the non-working tv, blue painters tape where an overhead light should be, same painters tape used to patch the cord for the dysfunctional wall light, one towel and one washcloth (with a dead roach stuck to the bottom of it), hot water ran brown for the first shower run, washcloth stuffed where the adjoining door knob should be, dysfunctional exit door (no handle and wouldn’t actually close), laundry…lol, ice machine…lol, pool…LOL, no smoking…lol, had to go buy some bedding to cover the bed I never would’ve slept on, busy “night life” had me worried about my motorcycle until at 1:30 am when I rode it to the airport for secure parking and walked back, UNBELIEVABLE

I had to ask for toilet paper and towels. I switched rooms. The first one had a broken countertop. They only use a top sheet and cover on the beds. Only 1 pillow for a king size bed. I will never stay here again!

It was an horrible experience if you go there and check in you will loose your money, because it's so dirty that you will walk out, I found spoil milk in the fridge, cockroaches and flies, dirty and smelly linens and towels I couldn't stand how dirty it was, and I left and loose the money I paid for it.

I booked two rooms had a confirmation. Arrived and they said don’t have rooms but was steady adding on to people ahead of us. Then told me let me find you somewhere to stay. I sat there while they put an air conditioner in a filthy room.

Where do I start this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel very dirty old and stained towel only one by the way cigarette burns on the tub filthy floor could’ve at least been swept torn piece of towel for a washcloth which also will stained. King-size bed has only one pillow went to call for more pillows there was no phone had some leftovers from the restaurant eventually went to waste because there’s no refrigerator or microwave. Had to walk back to front desk to get another pillow and receptionist went to I guess Landry room dug through dirty linings and eventually came with a stained pillow case. Receptionist said vehicle had just been stolen from the back of hotel right before I got there. I heard noises as if there was other occupants but when I left the hotel there was no cars but 2 vehicles looked like they were abandoned (not running). Wouldn’t sleep even there if I was paid to. They need to demolish that building.

Ghette hotel
The place is dirty. Terribly dirty, went in the room and it smell so bad..the window looked like someone had shot 3 bullet holes in it. Curtians had stains and holes in them. Some windows was busted out. Food in the corner of the bathroom floor. People standing and hanging all outside, begging for money. The beds had stains all over the sheets. I showed all these complaints to the manager/house keeping and they act like they didnt care. I didnt stay there because the conditions was too bad.i wouldn't let a rat stay in the conditions of this hotel. Other people was complaining in the lobby also asking for their money back . I cant believe hotels.com even have this hotel listed. I would like a refund. I ended up going someplace else. I think it maybe time to find another place to get discounts on...hotels.com is getting terrible about picking hotels. This hotel is ghetto!

The walls were very thin. There were several domestic violence things going on including police being called. The bathroom door was broken. The floor was disgusting. There was only one towel in the bathroom. They were only two pillows for four people. I would never stay here again. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

No thank you
We did not feel safe at this location. There were people yelling and scuffling across the hall (cops were called x2). The room next door had their TV on and we could hear every word, then they turned the volume up and left the TV on when they left. We could hear every conversation in that room as well. There was no security latch on the inside of the door. The sheets were stained. The towels fell off the rack into the toilet from slamming doors. The staff was nice.

Walked in the “hotel” and it smelled of marijuana and urine. After checking in, walked I. The room, looked around, and walked back out. The room smelled bad, was run down, and everything was covered in cigarette burns. Now we know why there were so many “no refund” signs posted everywhere. Would have rather slept in my vehicle. Worst hotel we’ve ever seen.
