Hotel med potentiale, men virkelig ringe service
Egentlig et ok hotel, med fin beliggenhed så man kan tage sporvognen ind til centrum og værelserne passer nogenlunde på hvad billederne viser. Men virkelig ringe service i receptionen, det virkede mest af alt som om man var til besvær. Ved indtjekning havde de ikke styr på at jeg havde bestilt 2 værelser og at jeg havde betalt. De havde glemt barne seng på værelset. Til trods for anmodning om rengøring af værelset så skete dette ikke, og svaret da vi klagede var at det kunne de gøre dagen efter, altså den dag vi skulle tjekke ud. Restauranten var udemærket, og her mødte vi et flinkt personale, hotellet kunne dog med fordel gøre mere for at informere om at restauranten er lukket om søndagen.

Vi hade en toppen vistelse. Hela familjen älskar Waterfront. Det finns allt och lite till. Super snabbt och trevligt möte vid check in och barnen fick saker. Frukosten är helt underbar så 10/10

Var i Gbg för att fira ena dotterns födelsedag. Rent och fint i rummet. Bäddsoffan bäddad åt oss. Bokat rum till 3 personer dock endast två muggar och bara en morgonrock på rummet. Fick en extra mugg i receptionen. Sade till om morgonrock men fick besked att det endast ingick två st i rummet och att jag kunde få en nästa morgon. Jag fick be en av städpersonalen nästa morgon om en morgonrock. Kunde inte se att det tydligt framgick att det bara ingick två morgonrockar. I övrigt var vi mycket nöjda med rummet, servicen och den fantastiska frukosten. All personal gav ett vänligt och proffsigt intryck. Läget vid vattnet och att det finns tillgång till gym och spa-avdelning var en avgörande faktor till valet av hotell.
