This is a standard Ibis Budget hotel. The staff are very friendly, and it is modern and convenient.
The rooms are small, as expected at an Ibis Budget hotel. the bathrooms however are tiny, if you are over 6 feet tall you elbows may touch the walls and your feet the door. Worse, there is no window or ventilation.
The biggest problem is the limited air conditioning. When you enter the room it is on full blast and appears to be set to 18 degrees Celsius (64.5 F). If that were really the case, it would be very cool in the room. In reality though the AC is centrally limited and it blows at something like 26 degrees Celsius (79 F). That may be OK for a night or two, it cuts the humidity, but if you are there for a longer stay, it makes it very hard to sleep properly.
Also, water was cut three times during our stay to repair a leak. The first time there was advance notice, but not the next times....
