Great Location but take ear plugs!
Great location in the centre of town but with that came a lot of noise from down on the the street (we were 9th floor!) and also in the hotel corridors into the early hours with guests and coming and going. Room was small but clean and modern which was fine for our one night stay. Bathroom was modern and again quite small but that wasn’t a problem.

Best choice for Birmingham.
Great location and lovely hotel. Nice touches on arrival like fruit and glass of fizz. In the room, really appreciated choice of glasses and not having to drink out of water tumbler from bathroom or teacup. Good amenities, excellent breakfast, especially omelette station! Great gym! Nice staff. Will stay every time in Birmingham from now on. Reasonable parking.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Room was big and quiet. Only negative was during busy periods there was long wait time for the lifts though there were 4 of them. Nothing could be done about that though so on the whole a very pleasant stay
