Friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms feature the standard television, a sized safe of usable size (i.e. not tiny), and refrigerator (blessedly free of up-charge items). Bed is fine, but I wasn't crazy about the square pillows. The bathroom is an open design with just a tiny track of 4 keyhooks for hanging everything. Great shower, although the entire bath area gets soaked during usage, since there is no splash glass. The location is close to grocery, restaurants, parks, with short walks to tram (8-10 minutes) or rail (15-20 minutes - the Sprinter to the airport is under $5 euro). WiFi is slow and spotty.

Access to Metro Tram and Bus lines within minutes of walk. Friendly and efficient front desk staff. Inconsistent housekeeping-bathmat and replenishing cups tea/coffee. Wanted a cover sheet and did not get one after repeated requests.
