Emerald Cove Lodge - Lake View - Dog Friendly!

Enjoy the local experience at Emerald Cove Lodge! This very spacious lake front property is perfect for families and friends. The entry level starts with the large foyer opens to the kitchen, living and dining area perfect for dinner parties. Everyone is apart of the fun no matter where you are. All 3 bedrooms offer privacy and more space! Relax in the game room or on the back deck while taking in the view. This is a split level type home and does require going up and down stairs. Parking for 4 cars max in driveway. This driveway is steep and does require a AWD or 4WD vehicle in the winter. There are 2 parking spaces at the top of the driveway on the right. There is no street parking allowed per the county short term rental code. We recommend to always carry chains/cables with tensioners during the winter months.This home has no Air Conditioning and can we warm in the summer months.We will provide our own contract for you to sign. We will ask for your email and to sign digitally. Pets Welcome! All pets need to be approved by management. Pet owner accepts full responsibility for pet and the pet owner agrees to indemnify home owner, Sheena's Chalets and any agents or representatives from any damages resulting from pet or guests negligence. Pet owner attests their pet has no history of aggression or biting. There is a $150 fee for each pet. No Huskies are allowed.If we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional fee of $200. The maximum number of county approved guests is 8. Additional guests found in the home beyond 8 will be asked to leave immediately. Any fines incurred from the county due to occupancy violations will be passed on to the guest. We do not enjoy removing pets or additional guests from the home as well as charging additional fees. We kindly ask that guests follow all house rules to avoid any issues. Lake Arrowhead is a private lake and short term renters are not permitted to use the lake as of September 28th 2020. Available lakes for swimming, fishing and walking trails are Lake Gregory in Crestline, Lake Siverwood and Big Bear Lake in Big Bear. Lake availability will vary by season.
