Ok stay
The property seemed well maintained but the a/c didn’t work it ran all night and only got hotter in the room. I called for maintenance and no one showed up. The water pressure was low. The hot water took five minutes to get warm coming out the faucet.

Great stay
The place was beautiful. Wasn't able to fish the area needs to be cleaned up. The suite we had didn't have any dish towels or ove mittens to handle hot food being cooked. The electric burners had the wrong metal trays under them so they caused the burners to not sit flat. Instead the burners were up in the air.

Worst place to stay don’t stay here
Worst place ever! Front desk was a joke very poor management skills. I had many issues during my stay such as our room keys not working and having to stay outside of our room for 30 minutes while the security guard came and still I had to wait for him to verify. Room dirty dish washer was not working ac was awful I will be sending a complaint to corporate and higher management

Great Place to Stay.
We love this hotel so much. We always get the deluxe room with the jet tub (we've stayed about 4 times before). This time, the jets didn't work. The button to turn them on was broken. We were a little disappointed with that but we had 2 kids with us so we didnt want to deal with the ordeal of complaining and moving rooms with all our stuff. Other than that, we love this hotel.

Enjoyed spending both day & evening
The amenities were fantastic. Enjoyed playing pickleball plus mini golf in the shade. The musicians were fantastic. Spent one night dancing. Loved the two pools and one was great for morning lengths. The walk along the lake was very serene.

Ok hotel
Nice room and the spa is nice too. No maid service the entire time but I cleaned the room and told me that my ESA dog wasn’t welcome as shes a pet not a service dog which by law was wrong and she didn’t cause any problems as shes a trained ESA. Won’t ever stay there again cause of that reason but for Orlando it was a good spot away from the tourists
