This serviced apartment is primarily filled with business travellers. We booked through hotels.com, so our expectations were different than others. This trip was both business and pleasure during.
The property was well kept and the apartment had all the amenities needed. The room condition was overall good, but the wallpaper was peeling off and some of the cupboards and drawers had a smell of ant/cockroach spray.
The biggest concern is the management and communication at this property. The property did contact me immediately after I booked, but did not mention that a large cash deposit is required. When we checked in, the concierge staff who was responsible for our check-in asked for the cash. They claimed that they cannot do this with credit card. Right after I left my feedback with hotels.com of my check-in experience, they stopped asking for the cash.
In addition, I communicated with them after I booked to see if there was any way to access the apartment a few hours early. We booked the apartment for three weeks, so this seemed like a reasonable request. The response was to book an additional night through hotels.com.
The concierge staff was not very helpful. There often 3 of them, and if we ever needed anything they always needed to contact someone else. The room check for our checkout also had issues. We booked a time with them based on their availability, but after waiting at the specified time we had to go down to remind them about it.
