Cozy and great breakfast!

Very cozy! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Cozy room with great pillows and a clean and big bathroom. The breakfast is marvellous: meatballs, croissants, yoghurt, fresh fruits, cakes, you name it. Close to public transport.

Location is close to supermarket and restaurants, as well as is within walking distance to the T-bana and to many of the bus lines. Bathrooms are wet rooms, which can lead to soggy towels (and askance looks from the cleaning staff) if you are not familiar. Breakfast is exceptional, with a variety of items cooked well and friendly welcoming staff. Front desk staff are also great. Rooms--at least on the top floor-- do not have enough storage (no dresser, minimal space to hang items) which can make it supremely difficult to stay for a few nights or to pack. Adding some furniture to the room would make it more useable.

It is a cute hotel! However, I was promised a takeaway breakfast in the morning. When I arrived at the hotel I had to spend some time writing details of what I wanted for breakfast and what time. When I came to the reception they had completely missed my take-away breakfast. Unfortunate to spend time writing a form when they don’t follow up on the delivery.

Otrolig frukost och grym personal!

Väldigt trevligt hotell med en fantastisk frukost! Servicen var väldigt bra och personalen var supertrevlig. Rummen var väldigt fina, men saknade AC. Fanns dock fläkt i rummet men då det var väldigt varmt de dagar vi var där så räckte inte fläkten till kanske. Även handfatet i badrummet var väldigt oklart byggt då när man satt på kranen så sprutade vattnet ut mot dig (om man inte satt på lägsta strålen). Var likadant på båda handfaten i badrummet. Men bortsett från det här så var det ett fantastiskt hotell!

Det känns som man är stamkund. Personalen hälsar igenkännande som man är stamkund och får lite extra service. Men så är det för alla. Rummen är inte så stora men trevligt inredda och det är rent och hemtrevligt. Så är frukosten alldeles extra.
