"I had a beautiful big double room looking out over the sea. Despite the hotel being busy, it was quiet and I slept amazingly well. The staff were all very kind and helpful. It was a few short steps to the peaceful beach and easy to walk into Skegness town centre. I had a chip butty one night and it was huge! :) Only downside would be the hill and stairs up to the entrance and room if you have limited mobility. Wasn’t enough hot water to fill the bath at night, but that could be due to others’ use."

"Location excellent. Check in excellent. Near shops and popular public houses. Train station/bus station also very close as was the Beach. No noise issues although we were in the front facing apartment. The entrance hall was clean . No lifts. We were on 1st floor. Room needed some decorating to the wall/ceiling in the bay. Bathroom also needs some attention from a possible flood at sometime from upstairs. Plaster work needs attention All crockery etc was OK and clean."
