- Parties and Smoking of any kind will result in immediate termination. Fines will apply. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Early check-in, late checkout, and room service is available for a fee.
- Pets under 55 pounds are approved for an additional fee.
- This reservation may be subject to a security deposit, not more than $350. This is a requirement from the building.
- Any additional fees such as late checkout, early checkin, Pet fees, security deposit can be via our portal or via Airbnb.
- The building also requires us to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. It can be submitted via our portal or via Airbnb.
