Our experience with the staff was mixed because the man named was rude while the lady was very helpful. Besides this drawback the hotel itself and everything around this were very nice.

This is a very good priced hotel in Bern. The staff are very helpful and the room facility was great, a twin room with private wc/shower and useful kitchenette. Unfortunately the view was very industrial, and so quite noisy too. But the staff were so helpful when 1 of our party fell ill, they really went the extra mile! Thank you!
