Its my third time staying in this hotel,
I love the location, and the staff are very nice.
But frankly I was deeply disappointed from the situation of the room. the paint was chipped on the doors , the carpet had stains on them, and looked like they are ready to be replaced.
The A/C unit in the room was very noisy.
Our room was at the end of the hallway , but at night we could hear any sound that was made in the hallway, i assume the sound proofing of walls and doors wasn't done.
I would expect the room to be in good condition especially when you charge soo much.
In general it feels that the room was runed down, and over priced.
last but not least is the hotels breakfast, i booked the room including breakfast, and once you arrive to the lobby for breakfast we where sit in place and after eating we have been given a bill, i noted that our booking was including breakfast , the staff said no problem, its just for inner calculation with the hotel. and the bill doesn't include tip.
first thing i travel a lot around the world, and giving a bill to someone who already paid is really not common, and tipping the staff at the breakfast area, also not common.
in General it made us feel really strange, and we would Defiantly think again before booking this hotel next visit.
