we really enjoyed our stay , staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, our only comment would be that the toast area is too cramped and people not knowing where to stand so not to be in the way if other diners and some tables too close to the next one, No complaints honestly as we would absolutely stay the next time we come to London .

Top Tribe!

Only one night but I would stay again in a heartbeat! The friendliest staff and it's obvious they all enjoy working with each other as a team (which is rare!). They couldn't be better staff - priceless! Room was superb and the breakfast possibly the best I've ever had in a hotel. Brilliant stay!
