Chelsea House Hotel is a simple hotel, but deserves high praise. It served my needs very well. I like to stay in Earl’s Court when I am in London, and the hotel’s location was perfect. My room was cleaned daily, it was spacious, and had good light through the window. Breakfast was plentiful.

I originally booked accommodation at Chelsea House as I was planning to attend the Chelsea Flower Show. I changed my mind about the flower show and went to see Kinky Boots instead. Chelsea House Hotel has a good supply of eateries within a walkable distance, and it is reasonably close to both Earl's Court Subway Station and West Brompton train station. The continental breakfast that is included was certainly a good start to the day. The staff were helpful to accommodate your needs where possible. I did, however, find my bed uncomfortable and the pillows too flat. The switch on my bedside table didn't always work and the shower drained fairly slowly - I notified the reception of these issues, and they responded that the maintenance person would investigate. Redcliffe Gardens is also quite a busy street so there was some road noise at night.

The hotel is within walking distance to an undeground station. The check in process was fast and our room was comfortable for our family of 4. We enjoyed the breakfast that was included and appreciated the fact tthat we were able to leave our bags for a few hours after checking out.
