Facility: very limited. Not even with bottled water provided. You have to buy it at your own expense from supermarket across the street. No electricity socket in bathroom and you have to dry hair on bed without mirror.
Service: no room service nor cleaning service unless inform reception one day before. It means if staying two nights, you need to state you want cleaning service when you check-in. The cleaning request won’t be entertained on the day in the morning. However, the staff did not tell you the request should be made one day before. Also, there was no staff at reception when I arrived at 3pm, when I leave at 8am and back at 11pm. You may leave message to them through expedia app and get a reply. But the 'yes' reply was not passed to the person-in-charge and you had to clarify at the reception ultimately but the reception could not find the record and said you only made the request at that moment at reception. For eco-friendy purpose, it is normal not changing bed sheets or towels for 2-nights stayers, but the hotel did not even clear the rubbish bin and sweep the floor, it is not hygenic and over the eco-conern.
Transport: have to transit different rails to get to down town, which cost about 240 yen/trip/person.
General: hotel rate maybe low, but consider the transport fee, transit time, no bottled water, limited service and facilities, there are better options.
