For my Wife and myself it was perfectly situated for everything we needed. Wonderful staff ,quite part of Osaka with easy walk for basically hundreds of restaurants, shopping for anything you would ever desire..and easy walk to multiple train stations to travel anywhere

No thrills business hotel for affordable stays

Basic business hotel meant for an affordable stays in Osaka. Breakfast is basic and there is often a waiting line due to how small the dining area is. Rooms are decently priced and sized for the area. Recommended for those who want a place to lay their head without breaking the bank.

The staff was beyond excellent. One even helped me find a shop that sold hand made wallets. Something I’ve wanted for a long time. I was always greeted when I walked in. The bartender Watanabesan, was great. I can’t wait to book my stay there again!!!

Great breakfast, close to a variety of train stations but still a 10 min walk. Lots of restaurants to choose from. As mentioned by other reviews and really the only hotel I have stayed out in Japan (over 15) charges to check your bags after checking out, I think it is just a bad policy that makes you rank the hotel lower because of this.

We booked the bigger room that they had with a sofa section, which turns out to be such a blessing. With the average Japan hotel rooms being so small, this was a nice change. I wouldn't say it's a huge room, but definitely more space to move around.

The staff were very unhelpful, they refused to store our carryon even though we were willing to pay the ridiculous $1000 yen per bag fee… they wouldn’t assist with finding transportation to do sightseeing, the room smelled of cigarettes, the room was not soundproof so we barely slept … very disappointed

The hotel C/P value is high. Staffs are friendly. You can enjoy free breakfast buffet which is easy and tasty. The restaurant is small that everyone should make sure finish meal in 30 mins. The room has different type. My Dad stay in Single bed room which is small. It’s not easy for XXL size man to stay. However, the twin bed room with tub one is awesome.

Was a decent property. What was really disappointing is that check out is 10am. Which is not too bad, except that if you ask them to hold your luggage, even for a little after having to check out so early, they charge 1,000yen per item. So carry on and luggage gets expensive for multiple people. They don’t let you check in earlier than 3pm no matter if they have rooms available or not. But they will hold your bags before checking in for free……

11月28日から12月1日まで宿泊をしての感想だがとりあえず壁は薄いなと思ったね。 私が泊まった部屋の隣から物音が聞こえるんだ。 ゴツゴツと壁に当たる何かの音が。 まぁ、そんな事はよくあることどんなホテルに泊まっててもまぁ聞こえるのは聞こえる。 だがさぁ、違うじゃん？深夜0時回ってんだぜエエエホテルが悪いよりも客が悪いんだけどさぁあああ。朝4時まで何ゴソゴソしてんだよ…うるさいよ… ここで書くことではなかったねごめんね。 ついでに書くと泊まった位置が悪いのか水道管から流れる水道の音が常に聞こえるんだ。 まぁ、場所が場所だからね…まぁ、それは良いんだけど。 他は…そうだ。 コインランドリーの場所がすっげぇホラー映画に出てくる場所見たいな場所でね未改装の部屋ってこうなるのか…ふむふむと、思いながら1週回って怖くなってとりあえず、洗濯物を洗濯せずに部屋に戻ったんだ。ビビリには少しきついぜ… まぁ、それ以外を普通のホテル。 チェックイン前チェックアウト後の荷物の預けもできるしのでまぁよし。
