Good value and great sea front location

Love the style of this 70's built mid century modern vibe but showing its age mostly cosmetic. Off season so buffet dinner and breakfast were limited but certainly fresh and tasty. Beach is rocky if you come in summer but sunsets are spectacular.

We spent our 8-day vacation at this hotel – two adults and a child. Excellent location. We had a very nice, modern room on the ground floor with a terrace offering a great sea view. The food (breakfast and dinner) was good and varied. Plenty of parking spaces. As of June 2025, the parking price is €20 per day, but hotel guests pay only €6 per day. Highly recommended!

The hotel is not in a good condition, rooms have bathtubs which are very tall and not easily accessible. Security safe was broken and had to call a technician to reset it twice. We had a leak from the room above and had to relocate due to unsanitary condition. Majority of the front desk people were not pleasant to communicate with. Attention to details and customer service is not existent. It is shame since this is the only hotel in Primosten and at the superb location directly on the beach peninsula.

From the moment you walk in you are not made to feel welcome,, they basically tell you nothing about the property and just hand you your room keys. The hotel is extremely outdated, smelly, old, in complete disrepair, trip hazards everywhere, broken pool, old musty inoperable air conditioning, dirty carpets.. we didn’t last one day, we just left and didn’t care about the money we lost. There are way too many people here for the size of the breakfast buffet, you’re basically eating your food standing up looking for silver wear, no tables available.. it reminded me of a prison. We have been in Croatia for two weeks and this was by far our worst experience. The beach is okay but nothing that you must drive out of your way to see. The old town is pretty cool but you can see it all in 2 hours. Try not to spend much time here. This is the only hotel in the area and they know it as they could care less about updating The property. The walkways are all broken down concrete and loose stone. Abandoned buildings..

Sämsta boende någonsin. Hela rummet luktade avlopp. Toalett dörren gick inte att stänga. Har åkt tii Kroatien i snart 30 år och men aldrig upplevt så här dåligt boende. Vi var oroliga att vi skulle bli sjuka. Förstår att hotellet kan vara äldre men hygien ska åtminstone hålla. Betalade 10 000 SEK för fyra nätter men det var inte värt en enda krona. Själva Primosten som ställe var fin, inget fel på den men hotellet borde stängas då det försår hela området. Till slut fick vi byta rum men den var inte så mycket bättre. Luktade död råtta. Så vi kan tyvärr inte rekomendera detta boende!

Besides the property being in the most beautiful location, the staff at the onset are rude and have zero customer experience - they all should work in the kitchen and not interact with guests. Hotel is old and although our room is supposedly updated, it really isn’t - rug was beyond dirty. The food is mediocre. If you have so many downfalls in the hotel, at least have better customer service.

Lite daterat hotell men helt ok rum. Middag rätt bra buffet och frukost. Parkeringen ingick vilket var en överraskning då det såg ut att kosta €6. Nu var detta i oktober vilket kanske förklarar det.
