Lovely room, newly refurbished, comfortable and clean. Really friendly helpful staff who helped us with our luggage and were so welcoming. Amazing price for what it is, I was taking my 1 year old to visit her dad for Christmas time and needed a kitchen to be able to make her food the added bonus of a dishwasher and a washer/dryer was super helpful. Rooms and communal areas and staff were always helpful and nice and there is always someone at the desk to help. Also as I was leaving I struggled carrying my daughter and our many bags and the cleaner took time to help carry some of my bags down the hallway to the lift this was above and beyond amazing and I am very grateful for her help. Such an amazing stay and I highly recommend to everyone.
