I really liked that the property was clean and safe. I enjoyed it’s peaceful nature and also all the amenities was in excellent condition. It was also wishing close proximity to the malls especially the outlet mall on the International Drive. Overall an excellent stay and I would love to stay here again and I would also recommend this place to others for sure.

More real description of this property is needed
I have to pick up the trash in the house before I leave and make sure to leave everything as I found it. The photos do not match the building that was rented. When I arrived I found trash in welcome bags from the previous family, and the bags are still at the door. The entrance building to the property is 5112, not 5100 (5100 is the community offices).

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the comfort and amenities. However, there were a few issues that need attention. Despite requesting early check-in on December 2, the cleaners were unaware and needed an extra hour, leading us to check in at the original time. Additionally, we received a notice for improper parking on December 4, despite displaying the provided parking tag. Clearer instructions on parking policies would be helpful. Thank you for the otherwise pleasant experience!

Apartamento muito bom. Unico ponto que deixou muito a desejar era a cama do quarto com suite pois fazia barulho o tempo inteiro. Se voce se mexesse durante a noite por minimo que fosse acordava.

Local distante dos principais ponto de interesse. Não possui elevador no prédio o q torna extremamente desconfortável transitar com bagagens e compras para a unidade. Não possui cofre de segurança no apartamento o q torna inseguro deixar itens de valor no apartamento. Acabamentos de pisos externos muito rústicos. Não há a quem se reportar no local em caso de alguma situação ou necessidade.

O apartamento é equipado de tudo, só senti falta de um liquidificador. Todo novo e Cama extremamente confortável com roupa de camas de altíssima qualidade e travesseiros maravilhosos! Quartos enormes, banheiros tb. Ficamos encarnados como o apartamento é super espaçoso. A comunicação com os proprietários foi super rápida e eficiente. Super indico e pretendo voltar sempre.
