My wife and I enjoyed this stay. The host was very accommodating and made us feel welcome. The property was located right off of the main strip in Fredericksburg which made it easy to walk to restaurants. The water pressure was fantastic, the beds were comfy, and the grounds were quiet.

This place is so cozy, and amazing! You can't believe you are literally less than a block away from Main street, because it is so quiet and peaceful at night, you will definitely think you are on a different part of the Hill Country. The room was super nice, clean, a lot of goodies and great coffee (espresso) machine! The courtyard has this amazing setup to relax and enjoy, and the place has 2 access points, one to Austin street and the other one to the parking lot that heads towards Orange street. And you need to try the Ice Cream! home made by the owners too! We are definitely going back and stat at the Whitetail Court again!

This inn was perfect in so many ways! we are 3rd generation Houstonians who know and love the hill country...so many connections there! Fredericksburg has been consistently a place to seek out for us. This inn is unique in Fredericksburg! Charming, walled property with individual units. Hints of European style everywhere while maintaining the hill country identity. Gated entries to property and the private off street parking are not usually found there. Wonderful owners on site with attention to every detail. Even fabulous, gourmet ice creams created by owner...called the Austin Street Creamery. Great restaurants near by. This is the second time we've stayed at the White Tail Court. Its a wonderful property with gracious and friendly owners (Marsha and Steve) who make you feel at home, and go out of their way to see that you have everything you need. This is our go to place when we take a weekend trip to Fredericksburg. It is just one block off of Main St, so it is within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Its very quite though, so a great place to come back and sit in the courtyard and relax in the evening. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to spend a weekend or a few days in Fredericksburg. We hope to return many times in the future.
