Hotel Monterey Grasmere Osaka
"The staff was very helpful and kind, special thanks to Yuisa, who checked us in and the woman at the reception who checked us out. The room itself was well kept, we stayed 3 nights, our room was cleaned and towels changed every day. The city view was absolutely beautiful and worth the stay alone. Fairly amazing walking past the church just next to the elevators. Overall, very satisfied and would certainly stay there again."
Centara Grand Hotel Osaka
"The Centara is a beautiful, modern hotel, with everything you could want. Most importantly, it is only a short walk from the Midosuji subway station. This is so important. There is direct access to the subway from the hotel via a skywalk through an outdoor mall. From there, you can take the line straight to Shin Osaka station, and get almost anywhere in Japan from there. If you are serious about traveling around in Japan, you want a quiet, soundproofed hotel with this level of access, and this is it. The staff were friendly and the room was amazing. I had a beautiful view of the city below, as well as a full-size king bed and a wonderful shower and bath. I almost did not want to return to Tokyo (and I regret that I did.)"
APA Hotel & Resort Osaka Namba Ekimae Tower
"Great located hotel for Dotobori, with easy 10 minute walk. Hotel was of really good standard both in property and staff. Also located right next to Namba station with ability to leave luggage if required"
Hotel Monterey Le Frere Osaka
"The room was actually quite small. It was a nice amenity to have the Japanese hot bath, which was very good. It is quite close to several train stations as well. Overall, I would recommend."

With the potential for prices to drop during these months, it’s an ideal time for those looking to make the most of their visit without breaking the bank.
- Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To uncover last-minute deals to Takatsuki on Hotels.com, you may start by exploring the DealsOpens in a new window or Last-Minute Deals sections, where you could find discounted rates as your travel date approaches. It’s wise to enable email alerts or push notifications from Hotels.com, as this could keep you informed about flash sales and special promotions. Additionally, the Smart Shopping comparison tool available in the app helps travellers compare hotel prices and amenities, so you’re more likely to see when prices drop or rooms become available, allowing you to seize the opportunity for a last-minute getaway.
- Be flexible with dates: Prices may fluctuate depending on factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year. Therefore, having some flexibility with your travel dates could enable you to save on your stay at a hotel in Takatsuki. For those seeking a distinctive experience, boutique hotels can provide a more personalised touch and occasionally better value. When you book through Hotels.com, we will inform you if the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price is on the higher side, we’ll recommend more economical dates, which may help you secure a better deal.
- Consider your location: Staying closer to key attractions or city centres may provide convenience, but it often tends to come with higher costs. For more affordable options, consider hotels in less central areas or neighbourhoods, striking a balance between price and ease of access to the places you wish to visit. You might also look into independent hotels situated further out, which are more likely to offer a more authentic and budget-friendly experience.
