I read the reviews of others and saw mixed experiences. But decided to air on the side of the positive ones. I arrived and called the provider who was extremely helpful. From the outside it looks worrying. But will say once inside you'll have all you need. The facilities are great. Kitchen, eating area, sitting area, shower room and beds. All i will say is dont be put off.

Great price and location

Great price for London. Not easy to find, but once contacted great service getting instructions to get to and access apartment. Staff even called back to verify entry to apartment. Beds were not great, but were good enough for a weekend out with friends and only need a place to crash after a night out. Close to tube station and only a few stops away from central London. All in all would return and recommend to friends as a great place to stay.

Nice stay but some suggestions

Very good accommodations near whitechappel station for the price we paid. The front desk staff was very helpful (thanks, Cigdem and others!) with check-in and bag drop once we figured out how to call their office. The only major complaints with our room at 232A (where our room was located) were that the window coverings did not block the light from the large PFC restaurant sign and that since there was no air conditioning, we either had to choose between being hot or having the window open with loud London road noises all night. For these reasons, sleep wasn’t as good as it could have been.

The room itself was ample in size for what we needed for one nights stay. However, there were a few issues that we had. 5 of the double plug sockets did not work which made getting ready and charging phones very inconvenient with 4 guests. We had to manage with the 2 double plugs intended for appliances during our stay which proved challenging. Once this issue was mentioned, a maintenance worker came up and said that if he can not fix it, he will come back tomorrow in which is no help to us. Asides from this, the concerning problem we had was the smell of gas. Upon entering the property we initially did not notice as windows were open. However, it reached a point in which the bathroom was so strong smelling of gas that we were holding our breath when entering - this is absolutely shocking and a health hazard and clearly something wasn’t right. The bathroom also had a lovely hole in the ceiling. Overall, we were not impressed with the stay.

Avoid this terrible accomodation. No reception, just a room up a very narrow staircase, access by numeric keypad. Mattress was TERRIBLE, broken tiles on Bathroom floor, razor sharp edges. Water leak in Bathroom from above. Furniture very poor condition. Television does not work Moved to neighbouring room----- Bedroom floor carpet was flooded Manager did not know where flooding came from, when I mentioned the mattress in neighbouring room he knew which bed immediately. Manager agreeed to refund the last night, but they do not answer when contacted. This is part of Vilenza hotel nearby, avoid

Hotellet saknade skyltar och fasaden var helt annan än på bilderna vi sett. Däremot levde boendet, bortsett från just skalet, upp till förväntningarna och mer! Efter flera sunkiga boenden runt omkring i London genom åren (trots fina bilder...) så var det en fröjd att äntligen bo rent och fint! Jättenära tunnelbanan och smidigt att gå in och ut efter att vi väl checkat in. Dygnet-runt-kontakt via app. Mångkulturellt område med dygnet-runt-närbutik på andra sidan gatan! Perfekt i värmen för att fylla på vätska. Dagen innan avfärd läste jag recensionerna på Google och blev lite orolig för att bli lurad, men vi är nöjda. Det ligger intill London Sjukhus så det var en del ambulanser och även helikopter som kommer till och från sjukhuset, men det är ju en stad så förväntar mig inget annat. Övrig trafik störde inte alls. Vi sov med öppna fönster pga värmeböljan, så hörde därför syrenerna. Med fönstren stängda hade det säkert varit ännu bättre.

Pas de contact préalable avec l’hôte. Il a fallu appeler le numéro de l’annonce pour avoir le code d’entrée en arrivant devant la porte. Studio pas prêt a 14h30 alors qu’il était indiqué 14 h sur l’annonce. Propreté très moyenne, surtout la douche. Moquette mouillée près des lits (certainement une fuite d’eau du cumulus). Très bruyant. Donc, très mauvaise expérience.
