Casual beachfront cafes and upscale restaurants spotlight fresh seafood paired with Waiheke's famous wines. Most visitors get around by rental cars or bikes since the village centre is compact but hilly. Accommodation ranges from charming beachfront B&Bs to luxury holiday rentals with sweeping bay views.
