"The spa was needs a complete revamp The steam room had tiles missing on the seating area , the swimming pool areas were tired and were not cleaned properly The restaurant for breakfast : the tables were not cleared after each course and the dirty plates just piled up on the table When we entered the bedroom there was an empty beer glass under the bedside cabinet it was still there when we checked out The stay was ok but in my opinion fell well short of a 5 star hotel"

We received a complementary bottle of sparkling wine with this booking after notifying reception. We also were given free overnight parking, Thank you.
