The hotel is in a great location. The room was nice, clean and well equipped. This was unfortunately let down by a mirror light that was unable to be turned off. As this was not in a bathroom with a door, this meant the bedroom was lit up at night with no way of the room being fully dark. We reported this to the receptionist after the first night who said they would look into it, later saying “that’s just how it is” and apparently all rooms were the same. She recommended that we close the door - but there is no door where the mirror is. It didn’t feel very friendly or helpful. The spa/pool area is a nice bonus but I wouldn’t book specifically for it. The sauna is nice but unsure of the purpose of the pool. It is too small for swimming but not hot enough for sitting. It does have some jets that turn on sporadically, seemingly with no way of manually turning on or off. The bar staff were friendly though, as was a different receptionist who listened to our feedback when checking out.

Hermoso hotel, el desayuno perfecto, te traen hasta plato caliente, la habitación hermosa, amplia, súper limpia, con todos los servicios, todo el hotel estaba bien calefsccionado, ya que leí en algunos comentarios que no lo estaba,todo olía riquísimo uñy limpio. La zona del spa hermoso para terminar el día, la piscina, el vapor , los camastros para descansar, una ducha con body shampoo para ducharte, si en mi estancia no funcionó el sauna, pero a mi no me afectó porque no me gusta. Después hotel súper céntrico , a tres cuadras el puente de las cadenas para cruzar caminando a Buda, a 6 cuadras la basílica de San Sebastián y otras 8 el parlamento y la ópera, también llegas caminando al barrio judío, street food, a todos lados sino quieres caminar a tres cuadras también consigues transporte. Así que todo perfecto sin ningún comentario.

Ideal location just a few minutes walk from the Basilica with a great variety of bars and restaurants on your doorstep. We stayed in an Elizabeth suite with bath for 4 nights in January and the room was as good as any we have stayed in anywhere in the world. Large comfortable bed, fridge and drinks machine, large TV, large bath and a fabulous shower. We also popped to the spa for a dip in the hydro pool. Overall flawless

Everything was great. The beakfast however is too expensive, not sure why it was so far out of sync to local restaurant prices? Housekeeping were a little hit and miss. O Hotel é super bem localizado, o quarto e o banheiro eram grandes e confortáveis, e a equipe atenciosa. Tomamos drink e beliscamos alguma coisa no bar do hotel; tudo delicioso. O café da manhã não incluímos porque tem muitos cafés por perto que queríamos conhecer. Destaque para o spa do hotel com piscina de hidromassagem, saunas seca e à vapor, área de descanso... não tem erro!
