The staff is very helpful. The rooms are small and if you need a mini fridge you won't find it. The beds were comfortable and decent size. If you add breakfast to your reservation, you won't be disappointed. They have a value meal deal where you can add dinner with breakfast. It's a good deal, but the dinner menu is a bit on the light side. The location can't be beat. It's close to two different underground stations and many of us routes. If you're a walker, you're near everything.

The room is a decent size for central London. The bathroom smelled like mold, and I sprayed air freshener constantly. Otherwise, it's a very basic room. Elevators, lights, and everything else worked. Surprisingly quiet given the location. Excellent location, steps away from Chinatown and all the theaters.

The nightly room price varies day to day, but overall for the six days it was reasonable compared to some of the other closeby hotel. Incredibly nice and helpful staff. Great location with the underground and some bus stops only a few minutes away, as well as shopping opportunities and restaurants. None of the noise from the busy city makes it to the room, as the windows are filtering it all out. Beds are decently firm from my experience. Would recommend!

I booked this hotel for 3 nights through Expedia and paid in full. My flight was cancelled and moved to the next morning, so I informed the hotel but received no reply. Expedia confirmed with them that I would check in late and I accepted losing the first night since it was already paid. After a long trip and 1.5 hours in traffic from the airport while exhausted and hungry, I arrived but was told I had to pay £138 more because I didn’t show up the first night. I explained multiple times that I had already paid and Expedia had informed them, but staff refused to check proof, spoke loudly and rudely, and said I wouldn’t get the room unless I paid. Expedia had to step in and after more than an hour confirmed the hotel was wrong and I did NOT have to pay anything extra. During the stay my key stopped working, my Do Not Disturb sign disappeared after one night and was never replaced, and communication was extremely poor. After checkout, they sent an invoice I didn’t request with multiple errors (wrong room number, wrong dates, incorrect card). The room itself was quiet and the location convenient, but the service was shockingly unprofessional and made an already exhausting trip much more stressful. I never felt comfortable after the check-in incident. Huge thanks to Expedia for resolving the issue. I would strongly caution others before staying here.

Paid 252 pounds per night for a triple room. Stayed for 4 night and enjoyed none of the nights. Room was really small and none of our luggages could open up in full. Even half opening them is a real challenge. We ended up hopping around in the room just to get around. Room is dated, shower has molds and stains, shower screen has disgusting moldy and rusting stains. Wash basin is also dirty the see thru hole with rusted with visible brownish thick coat of slime just makes you want to leave the bathroom. The toilet bowl looks old and yellowed. Do note that this is really an Inn and NOT a hotel as advertised and categorised. There is no fridge, no safe box, no phone to connect to reception, no toiletries and no proper reception. Everytime you’ll need help, you gotta head down to the tiny receptionist desk that is 100% of the time not mended and you’ll have to press that miserable bell and start waiting for someone to show up. For this property, you’re really just paying for the location and nothing else. But at least, the bed is comfortable…. Still, the other downsides have just made it really difficult to enjoy my stay with this property. Awarded 2 stars - 1 for location (which I totally paid for) and another star for the bed. Period. Will not return.

There are many positives about this hotel. The staff were OK and the location is marvelous, very close to the theater district. The hotel is very close to the theater district. The breakfast was fine and worth the price. My wife and I recommend that you include this in your stay - the price for the breakfast is competitive. The main drawback was regulating the temperature of our room; we failed to be comfortable. First, and quite annoying was check-in. We arrived after after 36 hrs. of travel from the USA, about 30 min. before official check-in, and they would not let us check-in early without paying a fee. Note, that we were staying for 5 nights with a total price of approximately $1,500. The staff did store are luggage in a secure room and pointed out a place for a drink and a snack for the 30 minute wait. When we returned, there was a LONG line for check-in and the staff person must have been trained to be that SLOW. It took about 30 min. to finally get to our room. Frankly, not a great to treat customers spending $1,500 for a 5 day stay! The room was either very cold with the air-conditioner on (no matter the settings) or very warm without the air-conditioner on. In addition, the air-conditioner made it difficult for my wife and I to sleep. The air-conditioner was noisy and blew air directly over the bed. We did not get 1 good night's sleep in the 5 nights we stayed at this hotel. Would we stay here, again - probably not.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. It was very quiet in our room. It's a very cnnvenient location and lots of amenities nearby. Many theatres within close walking distance. I would recommend this hotel.

The reception staff were excellent: welcoming, professional, and always helpful. The exterior soundproofing is also a real highlight, especially with lively streets just below — you can hardly hear any noise, which is greatly appreciated. The bedding is comfortable, allowing for a good night’s sleep. However, one point needs to be addressed quickly: there are quite a lot of bathroom seals that have turned black due to humidity, which gives an impression of poor maintenance. The ventilation system (VMC) also seems to be weak, which likely contributes to the presence of mold. Improvements in these areas would really help match the otherwise good standard of the hotel.

A localização do hotel não poderia ser melhor: fizemos boa parte do roteiro de primeira viagem a Londres a pé. Apesar de ficar numa área extremamente movimentada, o quarto era muito silencioso (janelas com proteção acústica). Otima localização, mas por ser rua de pedestre é complicado para quem tem muita bagagem. O aquecimento foi um problema diário porque desligava no quarto e só voltava se fosse solicitado na recepção, nos corredores de circulação interna do hotel parece que não estava ligado porque fazia bastante frio. Não tem telefone de comunicação entre o quarto e a recepção, faz falta.
