Over-rated about walking distance between BEPPU station and the Hotel. And the tallest hotel in the BEPPU which cannot be seen from the Station. Only one small signage in the middle of walking route.

Good stay with babies
Baby room with 2 adults and 2 kids (3 & 1 yr-old). Most of baby essentials are available. Nice arrangement of beds, baby crib, sofa and playmat area inside the room. Also good food in the Japanese western restaurant at G/F. Personally, the period of breakfast time is too early (6:30-9:30am)😓 The room of toilet and bathtub are quite old and a bit smelly.

I stayed for 2 nights in a large 6 bedders. Room is huge. Having just one shower room was not an issue as we went to use the public Onsen which was big and well equipped with soap shampoo shavers comb and hair dryer. We opted for breakfast and it was of good value. Parking is free. It’s a short walk to the Beppu train station and there are plenty of food choices within 10 mins walk from the hotel. Just across the road is a convenience store. I am happy with my stay.
