Disappointment from the moment we dropped off our bags!! Yes, allowed to drop luggage but wary, cleaning lady directed us where to leave them, including a much needed refrigerated med ( injectable Semiglutide , new vials med for 4 weeks) Upon return to room, medicine gone !! Reported immediately to management Denial from cleaning gal ! Honesty is very important ! Mistakes are made, possibly that it was tossed thinking it was from last guest? Honesty is always appreciated and accepted Lies are not, and gives an unfavorable impression of management and their employment !! We will have to report loss to our providers see if replaced at extra cost of 90.00 & 150.00 dollars!! Gave few days for management to discuss with their cleaning gal !! Nothing resolved ! Now, washer / dryer fiasco!! Unit has a Beko combo not labeled in English settings translation can be used ! As instructed by manager that didn’t even know apt unit had one !! … go to YouTube to see how to use!! That was a waste of time Frustration set in, wet damp clothes ! Hours of trying to get load dry! Nothing ! Pics sent to management …. Help! Time was so important and running short ,in order to get packed our needed clean clothes ready for next day ck out Constant texts with pics … help They didn’t know their washer/ dryer machine or how to instruct Bagged damp clothes with a trash bag they provided !! AC is standing fans!! Disappointed stay somewhere else 500.00 a night should have peace of mind !
