Found the room a bit warm and noisy, but in buildings that are hundreds of years old, wasn’t a surprise. There was no elevator in this hotel, which is also no surprise in the old buildings. Great location to access Rialto bridge, St Mark’s, and Grand Canal. Did a gondola ride only 2mins walk away. Ask for Luki Luki. We were quite happy with this hotel."

"The property and hotel in general were very clean. The staff was very helpful- we did book transportation via water taxi through their services and we arrived 15 minutes late due to plane delays and they do disclose they will not wait, I was not able to be properly connected with anyone to talk about alternative times for them to pick us up. We pivoted to using the public water taxi nearby but it was frustrating being transferred multiple times and no resolution. Otherwise the staff was very professional and friendly. Our favorite memory form staying here was our waiter in the bar located below, Sam. Sam was extremely friendly and a pleasure to visit every night. He took the time to talk with us and he really made our stay here memorable. We thank him for all of his kindness!"
