A clean, modern and stylish hotel located in central Gloucester next to the station and reasonably priced Q car park. The room was cosy and comfortable for myself, partner, baby and dog. I’d book again without hesitation.

The location is perfect - near the train and bus station, and walking distance from all the shoos, restaurants, and sites if interest. The staff are all fabulous. The rooftop bar was lovely. My room was fantastic!

Girlie weekend that didn’t disappoint! The hotel was amazing!! The staff were all so friendly helpful and professional! The rooms so lovely and clean and the beds were so comfortable! Decoration throughout the hotel was very tasteful and modern. Food in the restaurant was delicious and the rooftop bar had a great atmosphere and insane views!! Highly recommend and will certainly be looking to stay in another IHG Hotel.

Only gets a low score, because we had a leek in the bedroom. Brilliant staff sorted us to a new room with no fuss

8/10 Very good

Check in was very slick, room a little smaller than photos - for a suite it was tiny. Breakfast was poor, service very slow and buffet choice was very limited. Emailed hotel twice to get information relating to parking, did not receive any response to either message which was very poor .

Brand new hotel in Gloucester centre. walkable, car park next to hotel is convenient, make sure you prepay in advance for that to make it affordable. Room/Bathroom/Furniture all new so its squeaky clean. nice staff very thoughtful on check in. would stay here again, especially in warm days as its nearly the only hotel in gloucester centre with air conditioning

Everything about this place is FANTASTIC - the location, the staff, the rooms, etc. I wish that all the places I've stayed in as I've traveled around England were as nice as this place! Definitely worth a stay if you're going to Gloucester.
