Excellent stay near the Chennai VAC! The hotel is very easy to locate, and the staff are incredibly genuine, welcoming, and friendly. I was also very impressed with the cleanliness; the reception area, lobby, and rooms were all highly hygienic and well-maintained. Highly recommended!

From the get go the staff was treating us like we are trying to scam. We had guests who came to drop us off and then the staff said why are there 4 people when the room is booked only for 2. At the time of checkout they asked us to sit in the lobby to make a personel check the room and after 1/2 hour charged us extra saying there was one more person staying. After we confronted that they were only visiting us in the hotel they removed the charge. This is not how a high quality hotel treats guests. I have never had this kind of experience in a hotel like this in India.
