First we booked double bed, they gave us king, second room hotel staff said there is technical difficulties, third room was very dirty, and smelly, fourth one light wasn't working. This hotel is very nice. The staff did their best to accommodate everything to a high standard - it was clear that many things had been shut for a long time due to COVID and we just now coming back. There were a lot of guests at the hotel and the hotel seemed understaffed or not ready to accommodate so many people. That being said, all the staff were excellent and the breakfast was really good.

Property is quite dated and much in need of an upgrade. One of the restaurants was closed, light buttons weren't working properly so I slept my one night there with the entry door light on all night, safe wasn't working, laminate flooring was coming loose, bathrrom has a clear glass wall looking out and from the main sleeping area...I have no idea why someone thought that's a good design. The only positive thing I have to say is the staff was helpful/very nice, and its like 10 mins to airport
