Sad experience - we had booked 3 rooms - no room cleaning / house keeping service for 3 days - AC controls not operating - had to get the AC shut with help of hotel staff - Unprofessional / inexperienced staff.

Everything was fine. Not bad not extremely good. It's a decent one. But I doubt the mineral water provided. One if the bottle smells soap. So I just hope they do not fool the guest with water hygiene specially drinking water as it is very important for health. Being a good hotel...we want to at least be sure of this ethical practice. The staff at the reception Mr.Manish was really a delight. He is really nice

Meerut days...
I stayed in Country Inn with the school team during the CBSE Swimming Nationals, Nov 18-21, 2015. This is a decent place to stay in Meerut. The hotel staff was very friendly and my room was big & clean. The hotel restaurant was limited in non-veg. Overall a great experience, in the dusty, polluted and unsafe Meerut. The mall adjacent to the hotel is an added advantage. There are also quite a few good restaurants & bar nearby (check out Krome, they have a decent bar and great chicken tandoori)

Charge high for poor services
We booked this hotel for triple occupancy, even hotel also charged us for triple occupancy but they didn't provide bedding for 3rd person. So one of us have to spend one night on sofa. It was very much uncomfortable
