Great location with a balcony. You can look left on the balcony and see the bapistry at the Duomo. Look right and the Medici palace is on the corner. Locaton was perfect. Room was simple with huge doors that opened to the balcony. I’d stay here again

Didn’t spend much time in room, however it was spacious and clean. Beds were comfy. Could do with more storage/table space. Really appreciated the breakfast boxes as we were out touring and couldn’t do breakfasts in time for two of our mornings. Laura was particularly helpful, checking us in, giving us the local information and helping us to book train tickets. Thanks Laura.

We loved the high ceilings of the room and the design. The beds were not too comfy for our taste and the little shower heads from our room didn’t work, but the main shower head worked so we were able to take a decent shower.
