I wouldn’t do it, ever. Yikes.
We booked this hotel for a short 3 night stay. Upon check in our first room was pretty dirty and tiny, so we requested an upgrade to a larger room which they gave us at no charge (thank you). But the second room was filthy too. Hair in the beds, dirty pillow cases, things stuck to the comforter and just not even close to clean. Add on top, the area was very crowded with homeless people all over the property. They were kind and cancelled and refunded most of our stay. There’s no way I’d take my wife and kid here, between the cleanliness and environment. I’d have booked a second hotel and just ate the price of this one even if they hadn’t given me a refund. Staff was friendly though, so there’s that.

Some of the towels were dirty and it was very loud with people outside all night long but as far as the price that was okay. Also seemed like someone kept trying to open our door.

Sub-par motel...
Not a good location. Needs major improvements. Mattress was very uncomfortable. I had to ask for towels. As they had not been replaced. A non-smoking room that smelled like cigarettes. Yuck. Loud guests... loud cars... drug dealing... I was very generous with the stars that I gave it. I will not stay here again.

This motel is a former Motel 6. A section of the motel was burned and the rooms were boarded up. I would not recommend staying here.

Good, for what it is.
This property was recently a Motel 6. Pretty much everything is very, very basic. This is essentially an old Motel 6, and most of signs, and the soap wrappers still say Motel 6. Having said that, if you are expecting a Motel 6 you won’t be disappointed or surprised. It was good for what it was, and I’d stay there again.
