    dirty rooms and more

    I am so disappointed, we arrived to an "abandoned place " Dirty, laundry didn't work. Room smelled very bad, no sugar for coffe in the room. If you needed towels you have to take the used to the front desk to change them for clean ones. The price of 140.00 per night is worthless. I have been in same chain in Austin. Much better.

    They need to start serving breakfast!

    Hotels need to start serving breakfast like they advertise. All websites still say pool and breakfast but then they skimp out. They blame it on Covid but are still willing to rent you a room. The same room that has been slept in and occupied by 100s of people. Don’t even act like the rooms are sanitized. Hotels savings millions by not offering services. We as consumers need to push back

    I would recommend not to book here

    Well given the COVID situation, we tried to be proactive & packed lysol, disinfecting wipes, & laundry disinfectant spray. First thing we did was wipe down all handles, tables, anything touched & boi were the wipes extremely dirty. The bed sheets looked extremely wrinkled so idk if the beds were just done in a sloppy matter or what but there was a very light stain, good thing I brought my own sheets & pillow. Carpet never helps so you can imagine it doesn’t smell clean.

    DONT BOOK EVER!!! Worst hotel experience of my life. Stop using COVID as an excuse to be lazy and unprofessional. NO HOUSEKEEPING AT ALL. RUDE FRONT DESK STAFF AND I AM BEING SPECIFIC ABOUT A CERTAIN BLONDE. NEVER CAUGHT HER NAME BUT YOU CAN'T MISS HER ATTITUDE. IF YOU CAN BOOK ELSEWHERE PLEASE DO. WE WERENT THERE MUCH ONLY TO SLEEP BUT THE SERVICE WAS NOT FRIENDLY OR WELCOMING AT ALL. THE GENTLEMEN AND OTHER LADY WHO WORK FRONT DESK ARE GREAT. GOOD LUCK!!!

    Very old,run down hotel. Under staffed, not greeted at check in. Room with king bed, very small, would accommodate one person not two One bath towel, two hand towels. Wash cloths unavailable. “Breakfast” choice: yogurt, cold cereal, muffin. No juice, water, or coffee. Unable to provide a copy of receipt “Corporate” doesn’t allow us to print. Would not recommend this hotel.

    Bad service and cleanliness.

    I booked this hotel for a one night stay and walked right out after I received my room and looked at it. Smelled humid, black stains on the floor, and the bathroom looked like it was made in the 90s and of course a diabetes needle exposed and used right in front of the bed on the carpet. ( That showed me how good they actually clean the rooms) I went to the front desk asking for another room and told the lady at the front desk of the needle I saw on the floor and she began questioning me like if she was doubting what I was telling her. She didn’t even seem surprised and told me that she wouldn’t have another room ready for about an hour. At that point I told her to cancel it and left to book another hotel which I found for cheaper and a lot better looking and CLEAN!!! So disappointed with the service and cleanliness. I guess since this hotel is privately owned it doesn’t get inspected as much as chain hotels. Still waiting for my money to be returned to my account. Not what I expected.

    A mistake.

    The hotel was confusing. It seemed like the hotel was somewhat updated but simple things didn’t work. Majority of our outlets in the room didn’t work. We didn’t have towels in our room when we checked in. We only stayed 1 night and couldn’t get towels during our stay. Every time we went to get towels the response was “we’re washing them now”. The address online I used to find the hotel was also wrong. Overall a bad experience. Wouldn’t recommend nor would I book here again.
