Poor for guests with food intolerances
Room was very cold and controls wouldn't work , asked reception who then switched it on remotely- this was tiresome. I specified I'm dairy intolerant so have a vegan diet when I booked, on check in this was acknowledged and I was told there were vegan options for the breakfast included in the price I paid. The vegan options were baked beans, dry toast (as there was no dairy free spread, only butter available) and crunchy nut cornflakes with soy milk. It was so poor we did not stay for breakfast on the second day. I've never had such a poor experience, all hotels I've stayed at had a small supply of vegan sausages or spreads and will usually just ask for a longer heads up to prep it...the kitchen staff member serving didn't even understand my request and kept trying to push gluten free bread on us not knowing that vegan and gluten free are completely different dietary requirements.

Brand new hotel. On site parking. Although COVID restrictions in place the staff were very helpful whilst adhering to all guidelines. The hotel was immaculately clean.

I like this Hilton because it’s almost brand new and very modern it’s my taste of property the buffer breakfast was very nice and the civic measure in place was very good felt safe the only thing that was not right as the house keeper knocked on my door to see if I am checked out the reception should inform the house keeper that I don’t have to check out until noon so I had to hurry to check out at 11.40 am which was stressful anyway thank you very much for the staffs professional I would definitely stay here again for my work thanks Mr Diep

A really nice stay. The room was good as were the staff. My only gripe was paying for on sight parking, but I’m booking there again for the 6 th December for 9 nights

A nice stay
Room and bathroom clean and night. The bed was advertised and shown on the website as 'Queen Bed' but turned out to be a standard double. When I queried with reception, I was told that a double is the size of their 'queen'. Rather misleading! Short walk to the local DLR station but nothing to do or buy (not even food) unless you order in or take a train. You can however take a very pleasant walk along the docks overlooking City Airport. Overall a nice stay.

Brilliant staff!
This is my hotel of choice when I am working in London. Easy to get to from the North Circular and there is ample parking too - at an extra cost. Very handy for the DLR to get to/from Central London. The hotel itself is very well appointed and spotlessly clean, but this is not the main reason why I stay here. That reason is the people who work here. They are simply brilliant, so friendly and helpful!
