Location is good as you can walk to the city center (healthy but not impossible distance) as well as very close to a grocery store.
Underground parking is tight (literally). So, if you haven't practiced your backing in/out from very, very tight places, this may turn out to be a challenge for you.
I happened to stay during somewhat of a heatwave, and not having an air conditioner or even a fan in my room was torturous.
Shower stall, while clean, has a design flaw. The control for hot/cold water flow sticks out for you to constantly bump into (within the very tight space of the stall), and you are either immediately scolded or iced unexpectedly. Even if you expect it, the experience is jarring. A simple switch to a different faucet type would solve this problem. So, hotel management, please take note.
