We had two rooms reserved, but we had to cancel the day of the booking because we couldn’t make train connections. I tried to call, no answer, so I sent Lifestyle and Hotel.com a message. Lifestyle and Hotel. com still charged my account. I know there are policies but we were hoping that there might be some understanding and compassion.

Perfect place to stay when you are here mainly for Bernina Express as the rooms are literally opp the platforms! Clean, modern interior and sufficiently spacious. Breakfast was nice and staff were friendly throughout. Small hiccup in our room, with technical error causing lights to go out once in a while. But property solved issue with some option of room change etc. Would definitely recommend again.

Waren nur eine Nacht, Hotel direkt bei Bahnhof, trotzdem war ruhig. Schade, das Rezeption müsste suchen, schön wär’s, wenn vor Reise wusste, das Rezeption befindet sich in anderem Haus. Habe uns gefreut über Kaffeemaschine, leider könnte die nicht benutzten, war schmutzig, Wassertank innen muss gründlich geputzt
