Horrible.
No staff was wear a mask or respected social distance. I had to have my AC fixed 2x and it still didn't work and I could barely sleep because it was so hot. They wouldn't switch me to another room. The repair people I had to ask to go get masks on. The bed was so compressed and slanted on the right side you couldn't be on that half at all. It was my worse hotel experience I have had in decades.

I was told BEFORE BOOKING that there was a hot tub! After being sore all day from moving, i booked the room to look forward to relaxing in it... well there was no hot tub! VERY VERY let down by this! And the pool was TINY!!!!!

Won't Stay Here Again!
I paid for a double queen room, but was given a 2 double room. I spoke to the front desk twice about it, but they swore up and down those were queen beds. I paid $200.00 for 2 nights with tiny beds and the staff was not friendly at all.

There is only one exit and entrance to the hotel. The pool area has an outdoor patio but you have to walk around the hotel to the back side to get to it. Was a lot of walking.

Outdated rooms, but clean. Beds were very comfortable. Front Desk person could use work on customer service skills (ie. smile, converse and provide info on amenities, room location, check out policy).

property smelled of smoke in many areas. one person in our group the room was not cleaned in the desk area. As there was a drawer full of receipts and misc items. Shower and sink knobs were all on backwards. Shower made a loud noise while running. Beds were very small with double bed option. Staff however was very friendly and helpful from the front desk to the cleaning staff.
